For $65.00 per month, up to 5 individuals can access affordable healthcare with Virtual Primary Care, Mental Health, Telehealth and Prescription Savings – all with transparent pricing. Creative Care Texoma is not an insurance product; it provides access to healthcare services on a month to month basis. The lead individual can be a Business Owner, Team Leader or Traditional family unit.
Creative Care Texoma is a community partnership initiative powered by Arete Health Shield. Creative Care Texoma will serve artists, makers, musicians, non profits, educators, performers and small businesses across the Texoma region. Denison Arts Council and Main Street Denison are not health care providers, insurers, or administrators of this program.
All enrollment, billing, eligibility and care are managed directly by Arete health. 3) I (the lead registrant) am over 18 years old.
4) I am uninsured, have high-deductible plans, am seeking affordable healthcare options, or need coverage that my current insurance does not provide.

One Membership can cover up to 5 people. A “team” can consist of any group, as long as the lead registrant is over 18 years old. Examples: Small business owners and their employees, a music group of up to 5, roommates; or a head of household, their partner, and their dependent children.
