May 16-17 at Katy Depot Denison, TX

The Denison Arts Council hosts the North Texas Arts Festival in historic Downtown Denison each year. Juried local, regional, and national artists display and sell their work while  local musicians perform a variety of music throughout the day. This is a family friendly event, open to the public.

2026 NTAF is scheduled to feature over 30 unique artists over the course of 2 days inside the beautiful Katy Depot and at the plaza outside. Come see us on May 16-17, 2026!

Artist Applications

Artists can reserve a space to display & sell their work during the event. Booth fees range from $100-175 depending on size and location.

North Texas Art Festival at Katy Depot -Fine Art Vendors at Katy Depot

10:00-5:00

  • 30+ Artist Booths, First and Second floor of the Rotunda
  • Behind the Studio – Panel Discussions with Artists 12:15 and 2:15 in the Pullman Room
  • Rails to Reels – A Creative District Tour-  $20. 11:00, 1:00 and 3:00.
    • Red River Railroad Museum, Loft Art, ArtWorks, Split Windows, Shawnda Rains Studio
  • Winners of the Denison Performing Art DISD Art Contest on Display
  • Winners of the Recycled Art Contest on Display 

At Katy Plaza 

  • Dumpster Painting
  • Bench Beasts – Main Street Yarn bombing 
  • Recycling Information
  • Compost information
  • Busking Music at Katy Plaza
